Tea Market
For those who remember ---- Tea Market is to tea enthusiasts what Whistler's Books was to readers --- or Classical Westport was to music lovers --- or what Pryde's Old Westport STILL is to cooks. Tea Market is a purveyor of incredible teas and an education for the curious. (Tea classes are impressive and fun.) W/out this shop, I'd not have experienced this quality nor discovered the likes of those astonishing oolongs. When I need some retail therapy, their dandy tea accessories satisfy the binge. For beginners and connoisseurs, it's simply a pleasure to stop in this charming place to spend a little time with the passionate staff sharing what's new and, most often, imparting some gem about an old favorite.
