Talk about customer no-service! My husband and I walked into Fava Tea Company interested in learning more about tea and making our first purchase. Immediately upon entry, the manager said something to the effect of 'we better know what we want, because the store was closing soon.' No friendly greeting or anything. Then, she asked in a very snotty manner if we were 'even tea drinkers.' We were so disgusted with our treatment that we abruptly turned and left. We will spend our money elsewhere.
