Miss Minerva's Tea Room & Gift Shop
My now grown daughter and I have shared tea together for decades as our special bonding time. Two weeks ago we had the pleasure of taking my daughter-in-law and two granddaughters with us when we visited here for the first of what will be many times. There aren't enough superlatives to adequately praise Paula for her hospitality and patience, nor accolades lofty enough for the quality of teas and scones. We've savored hundreds of tearooms over the years, and Lace, Tea, and Roses earns five-star status (and Paula gets a halo) for the memorable afternoon spent in Culpeper. Thank you for enriching our lives and being a part of a treasured memory, Paula.
