If you do not have a male manager I must be mistaken with another store of the same name. If this is the case I am sorry to cause such a disturbance. All I can say is that it is a shame you have to share your business name with such places as I have visited. And judging by the service values you listed, perhaps you could teach the other same name shops a thing or two about customer service.
I believe you have incorrectly posted this review. You have the wrong tea house. We do not have any male managers. 1st, there are 3 women who are partners in the tea house and we are the ONLY managers. 2nd, we would NEVER, NEVER argue with a customer about anything! 3rd, if you arrived with less guests than your reservation, we would ask you to wait a moment while we adjust your table to the correct number of guests. We do not like empty settings at the tables. 4th, we do not charge any fees related to 'missing guests' You are only charged for what you order or purchase at the gift shop. 5th, our staff does not eat and then serve guests. 6th, We don't have any doors that slam. 7th, we (the three of us) are the owners. And finally we do not offer
'Raspberry Spiders', we do not even know what they are.
If you would kindly look at the photo of our tea room on this site I believe you will see that you have posted in error and would greatly appreciate it if you would correct this.
