The St. James Tearoom
I have visited many tea rooms across the states, and I must admit I have been pleasantly surprised at the wonderful experience I had in your tea room. The beautiful decorated rooms, the delectable foods, and the caring genteel service made my stay most memorable.

Laura's Tea Room
My friends and I had a truly wonderful experience at this tea room. This was the first tea room that actually warmed our tea cups with hot water before our tea was served. I wished we could have seen a list of teas that we could have selected from; instead, we were offered tea of the day. I really appreciated that we were allowed to play bridge after having our savories...we saved desserts for later.

Chantillys Tea Room
We visited Chantillys in hopes of being served high tea, but was told that they were no longer operating as a tea room that Gastonia did not support the tea room concept. I really think that is a shame. You could tell by the decor that the owner did open as a tea room once. Nevertheless, the food was okay, but the service was excellent.
