Dobra Tea
This tea shop is really nice. its nestled right in the downtown near the old port but is an easy 10-15 minuet walk from Washington ave. The staff are always very friendly and willing to help you learn how to properly brew what your given. (they also have great snacks on the menu to) the seating is also a nice experience as you can sit at a full table and chair like a normal cafe or they have raised platforms with low tables and soft cushions for a more relaxed feeling. highly recommend dobra to anyone.
