Food: I have visited the Golden Tea Garden at least five times and have always walked away with a smile on my face. The tea shop is beautifully decorated and spotless. The minute you walk through the door, you are greeted with a warm smile. Regardless of whether you order just a pot of tea and scones or their high tea, it is presented elegantly. Just as important, everything tastes delicious. Have to confess that I often take mental notes on what changes I can make in my own tea parties. I am a customer who can quickly drain a big pot of tea and my pot was always kept filled and piping hot. Have to confess that I often stay a bit longer after tea sandwiches, scones and desserts have been eaten and I have gone through several pots of tea. It is a special place to visit whether you are alone or coming with friends. |
