I took my mom to Communitea for lunch today and never expected the walk through memory lane it gave us! We walked into a bright airy dining room and were pleased with the total experience! The vignettes scattered around the room brought back great memories for my mom. It was very inviting in every aspect! We had the most delicious chicken noodle soup followed by two differently tasty sandwiches! The cranberry-turkey sandwich was a scrumptious surprise! The offering of tea was well varied and flavorful! We enjoyed earl grey decaf and a wedding blend with a hint of vanilla! We spent a good deal of time talking with the very welcoming owner, Dawn, and look forward to the vision she has for the tea room/cafe! We finished the meal with a cherry scone that was like none other!!! She offer a gluten free selection that will make returning with GF friends so much easier!! Thanks for a great experience!
