The service here is HORRIBLE! These staff members do not care about their job. This is very disheartening because the product is excellent. My tea was likewarm and nobody bothered to ask if I needed anything. For almost $25/person (for tea and light lunch) I expect a little more...not much, but a little respect wuld be nice.
