Remedy always feels a little like being in an Apple commercial -- very clean, modern aesthetic. However, it's an awesome place to go with friends and just hang out and chat. Their snacks vary, but are always tasty.

I've been going to Remedy for years now. It has a more modern feel than most tea rooms but is very comfy. If you're looking for a traditional British high tea with decor, you'll be disappointed. (No scones with curd, etc.) But if you want nice tea with food in pleasant surroundings, you will enjoy it. They have over a hundred different blends and a very nice afternoon tea with truffles and treats. There's something for everyone.

I recommend that you check out this tea room in the evening -- it's far too busy during the day, especially around noon. Whenever I've gone in the evening it's been a very low-key, relaxing experience with excellent tea. Their afternoon tea service is very nice. The pink-haired waitress was lovely.

The best teas and presentations anywhere I have seen. Not a place for buying loose tea as every tea is organic and very expensive.

I stopped in at the suggestion of a friend (and then coincidentally ran into that friend on my next visit), was delighted by the presentation of the test tubes along the walls with tea samples for sniffing, the VERY large selection of loose teas (150!), and the clean lines and styling of the interior. The tea cookies were delicious, the pots and Bodum cups are adorable and the free wifi is a definite plus. The only down side was that the music was a tiny bit too loud and echoey in the cement-and-steel decor, but it was of a sufficient beat and inoffensiveness that it faded to background noise soon, and only impeded conversation a few times.

Every time I'm in Seattle I look forward to hanging out at Remedy. They are the super-coolest and the tea is divine !!! I can't imagine a more fabulous tea place. Simply yummy.

This is my favorite place in the Seattle area to get tea. Huge selection of quality teas, wonderful sandwiches and baked goods, and a hot, delicious, vegetarian soup of the day. Oh, and the world's best brownie. The relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and wonderful tea make this a great place to bring a friend or cozy up with a book.

I was recently in Seattle visiting my brother and spent many a morning here! The service is excellent, staff is very knowledgeable, selection is fabulous, I wish Richmond, VA had something similar!

I was most impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff! They have 150 loose leaf teas in addition to coffee, beer and wine. I tried 6 teas and all were very good. Their tea pots, cups, and infusers are all glass and they have tea lights to keep your tea warm. The atmosphere is mid-century/modern in teak, glass, and tile. The raisin-nut bread was delicious.
