The Dolley Madison Tea Room in Brookeville Academy is by reservation at: WoodlawnManorMuseum@comcast.net This historic tea venue is located in the charming old village of Brookeville, Maryland. Tea service may include: bottomless pots of hot tea, fragrant scones with Devonshire cream and lemon curd, tempting tea sandwiches and cakes, warm muffins, an array of pastries, pies and seasonal fruit. The town is known for hosting President James Madison when he fled invading British troops in the War of 1812 and was Capital For A Day! Thanks, Lisa Marie Cregger This is a charming and historic Tea Parlor in the country. Group reservations are required. The tea experience is just sensational, and the tea docents are lovely and helpful in period attire. The tea food is not only great and plentiful, but arranged so beautifully. I highly recommend The Dolley Madison Tea Room. There is also plenty of free parking. Burt  The Red Hat Tea Party/birthday party was absolutely wonderful. Donna and her staff are perfect in every way. The tea sandwiches and scones with clotted cream were most memorable. Thanks, Donna Mary  Could not have been nicer!
