The Tea Room at the Depot
The food was good. The service was very poor, and the waitress was not very nice. I was told that they would do something special for the bithday person, and they did not. I have been the the tea room many times and have never had the server be so rude. I am not sure if I would return or recommend it to my friends.

I apologize for your experience at the tearoom last week and the lack of a great experience. I assure you that this is not the typical response that we get and I would like to do whatever I can to gain you back as a valued customer. I am in the process of showing your review to all of my employees to insure that no one else has even a hint of the same experience that you had. In reviewing my records and my memory, I would like to point out that the free dessert that we gave the birthday person was our 'something special'. I am also attempting to contact you by phone. Again I apologize for your experience and hope that you will not let that one experience ruin all of the good experiences that you have had in the past. Please come see us again so we can prove ourselves to you again. Thanks!!
