We first went to Teaberry`s when they were at their former location. Since they have moved to their present location, the prices have gone up, and the service has gone down. We won`t be going there anymore.
I understand you were visiting us in the tea room on Friday July 5th. I apologize we were understaffed due to a waitress not coming in to work. We were unable to find a substitute with such short notice and the restaurant was very busy,especially with customers coming in without reservations. Normally our customers do not have to wait as we make every attempt to offer excellent service. I am very sad to think you will not be coming in again and hope you might consider calling me so that I can personally offer you and your guest a complimentary meal to make up for your experience. Hope to hear from you so that we can redeem ourselves.
