Service poor. One waiter available for the entire room (downstairs location). All the waiters were catering to a party upstairs leaving those who reserved for afternoon tea with one waiter. Two types of tea offered (we had 8 in our party). Waiter said 'this is a dark tea, this is a light tea'. Extremely disappointed will never return
