I made a reservation and was told they would contact me for a deposit. I realized that they never made contact. I have tried to contact them and have had no response. I was looking forward to this Tea Room and I’m very disappointed. I have now made reservation and had them confirmed for Angel Tea Room in Dade City.

Elaine. I am sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding your reservation! When we spoke initially I stated we require a deposit closer to the date based on a reservation of 6 or more. I also said I had you reserved on the date and time you requested. I am not sure why you didn't receive my message as I always make a note when I leave a message? Then. when I called again you said that only 4 were to come! I would never take a Customers reservations off of the book unless it was cancelled! I did recheck the numbers I was given for callback and so sorry as we did plan on 10 in your party coming and was calling you for firm count when you left your message that only 4 were coming and you had not heard back from us. Hopefully you can come another time! Also, since you didn't have the opportunity to have tea at place.... The ratings are for when you do! We will try to make it all 5 stars then!
