Abigail's Tea Room
This place is fabulous! We took our mother for her Birthday and it was well beyond our expectations. The tea, food, personnel, and the decor were phenomenal. I dont know why its only ranked as #3, but in our book its #1! The building itself is from back in the day, which really adds to the ambiance. Cant wait to go back!
