Through The Looking Glass
I went to Smithville with my family on a visit, and they brought me to Through the Looking Glass. I found myself disappointed with the lack of service introduced. The woman was outside smoking, then came in, and served my tea without washing her hands. Not to mention, the quality of the tea I got was not up to par. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It's really sad that since I'm located in a village with jealous shop owners that one would post this outright lie. I've been waiting for it. You can see by all the other reviews here and other places that this is absolutely not true. We ALWAYS wash our hands it's second nature to all of us.
This shoppe owner would have not have deleted the good review she had given our shoppe when I first opened just before this one was written. So sorry that anyone has to see this childish behavior
