The Canon City Queen Anne
Wow, I am sorry that the lady Linda before me had such a bad experience. I have been to the Queen Anne tea house in Canon City on several occasions now and have found it outstanding in all ways with each visit. If someone had a reservation that was lost, I am sure the owners were mortified as they really care about each persons experience. My dear friend took her daughter there this week for her 40th birthday and they were still talking about the 'experience' days later and were telling all their friends as well. The food for afternoon tea as well as high tea was fabulous. I loved both experiences. Everything was so tasty. The tea was divine and I have never liked tea. Try the gingerbread cream...wow, so good. The steak at high tea dinner was out of this world and my friend loved the beef wellington that she had. The best I have ever eaten... and the rest of the meal was incredible too. You just need to give them a try. I am sorry the lady who wrote in before me had a bad experience. I wish she would try them again. They will truly make it worth while. They did for me and my family!
