Teaberrys works very hard to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service possible. Our weekend wait staff is mostly young ladies that we spend considerable effort to train in order to ensure that both their service and appearance meets our high standards. Since many of these ladies are high school juniors and seniors, most leave us after one or two years to go on to college, requiring us to continually recruit and train new staff. Oftentimes the training and experience they receive at Teaberrys is invaluable for them to get part time jobs during their college years. Over the years we have helped many young ladies in this fashion. Although I do not know the circumstances of the particular situation you cited, we never ‘berate’ our staff, but we will be quick to correct any issues that affect customer service.
