The variety of tea is a non-issue here. The tea used is the highest quality mach available. Macha is the only type of tea used in a Japanese tea ceremony. This is an authentic Japanese tea house built, in the traditional style, by joinery. A guest should expect an authentic tea ceremony complete with museum-worthy ancient tea bowls and tatami mats. I highly recommend the House of Flower Wind for those who would like to experience an authentic Japanese tea ceremony.
