Abigail's Tea Room
From all the reviews, was expecting perfection. A little too overdone in the Victoriana for me and my friends tast but what was really disappointing was the quality of the food, choice of teas and lack of welcome from staff although there were several groups there so maybe we hit them on an off day.

I am sorry that you did not like your experience at Abigail's when you visited with us. We do advertise we are a Victorian Tea Room, and we have tastefully decorated it without making it cluttered. We pride ourselves on the quality of food, and know that we bring the best to the table for all our guests. We offer well over 50 teas(a full variety of blacks, greens, oolongs, whites, and many herbals), so I do not know how that would be lacking? And the tea list is constantly changing, as we add more great teas to the list. I pride myself in the fact that everyone has always enjoyed our staff and there graciousness, I have a great staff, that is loved by many, and they do a beautiful job of making everyone feel at home and relaxed. I receive compliments every day about them and there wonderful ways. We do a great job here at Abigial's and we are continously striving for perfection. I wish you would of said something when you were visiting, as no one has complained at all about the items you listed? We ask every guest how there visit was before they leave...I would be interested in talking with you about your visit, and when it was, and see why you felt this way. Thank you
