Bloomsbury Tea Room
Everything was absolutely perfect, and I mean, EVERYTHING!! From service to the delicious salad & sandwiches, the best piping hot apricot scone, oh my!! From the vast selection of teas, and the many different choices on the menu, you just can't go wrong. The service was absolutely impeccable and the owner whom was busy serving, made the time to visit each table and have some friendly conversation, also while serving a delightful birthday tea party for a group of 8 year old girls!! As for the ambience of the tea house, it is charming, quaint, comfortable and a wonderful feeling of intimacy, perfect for a gathering of friends, showers or just a great place to go by yourself and enjoy a wonderful 'spot of tea'! It was so enjoyable, we didn't even realize we had been there for almost 3 hours!! Getting the check in an old book was a lovely touch, as we flipped through the pages, we noticed the writing in pen were note and guest signatures who had enjoyed & shared the stay, I would ABSOLUTELY go back again in a heartbeat!! What a great place to relax and enjoy a piping hot pot of tea!!
