The chocolate scones are the best I've tasted. Tranquility tea room is a secret treasure in the Thousand Oaks / Westlake Village area. Unique tea blends and inventive seasonal decor and accompanying desserts make it a favorite outing for my husband and I. They have fun hats that you can choose to wear while you do high tea.
