Came here for lunch one weekend to kick off the Christmas season. I found this while googling for fancy tea rooms in the central jersey area. Word of advice: you’ll want to make reservations since it’s really small inside and you might be turned away or have to wait a while if there’s already a bigger party there. If you want the whole tea room experience with a tiered tray containing sandwiches and scones it’s $26 a person but they do offer their sandwiches and other menu items separately as well which makes for a much more affordable experience if you’re on a tight budget. They have an event calendar on their website and you can sign up for tea tastings and other fun activities. I think they should update their Instagram a little more or run fun deals once in a while because I never would have found them if I wasn’t looking. Overall it’s a very cute and cozy place to take your mom or best friend.
