    Everything was so cute. But unfortunately Laura Mann completely lacks customer service skills. Our group of 12 all paid ahead of time separately. I was able to confirm this in detail over the phone three weeks prior to our reservation. At the tea, only nine orders were found. We were shorted on food and blamed for the error. Rather than being refunded for three orders as we absolutely should have been, we were blamed for the error and offered no apology. Very disappointing. The server, atmosphere, tea, and food were lovely. Laura ruined it for me. One of our guests will be sharing this bad experience with her bridge group. Hopefully Ms. Laura will grow from this experience, learn to apologize, and make things right for the customer. Mistakes happen. It’s important to own those mistakes and do what you can to rectify the situation.
