An overall excellent experience during my June visit! The food was delicious and the service was lovely. The only item I was not truly sold on was the biscotti. Although it was tasty and crisp (as it should be), I find biscotti a more suitable accompaniment for coffee (since one often needs to dunk it in order to make it soft enough to bite). An elegant high tea is just not a time when I want to dip my food into my beverage. Still, I look forward to returning and I hope that high tea continues at the Flanders beyond its 90th anniversary year!
