I really enjoyed the authentic atmosphere of the tea room -- you almost feel like you're in an English tudor home. The staff were extremely warm and friendly. The only major complaint I have is that no fruit was offered in the afternoon tea set. Also, the desserts consisted of English biscuits that you could buy out of the box from a store. I would have preferred homebaked tarts or cookies.
