Most of the home was just beautiful, however, since the family occupies it, it was very 'lived in'. The restroom was DIRTY, only a very used towel for the patrons. And the kitchen door was left standing wide open. Heaven help us !! It was filthy. Will never, ever, return.

My five sisters and I (The 'Six Pack') enjoyed a wonderful brunch this weekend at the Roselawn Manor Tea Room. The stop there was included as part of a day long excursion we take periodically to catch up with each other. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated at the best table and enjoyed a wonderful buffet followed by mouth watering desserts all served by the owners who were more than willing to share some of the history and details of the house as well as its collection of antiques and decor. The atmosphere was very relaxing with music playing softly so we were able to enjoy conversation. It was a very pleasant experience and one we plan to repeat.

This tea room is one of the best I`ve ever been to. The house was beautiful and the hostess very enchanting. We enjoyed our lunch very much. A very reasonable price for the set menu with lots of food. I want to return for a high tea.

I shared the most enjoyable afternoon with my mother at Roselawn Manor Tea Room. The house is beautiful with great history oozing from it. The lunch was delicious the tea was excellent and the service was outstanding. I plan to visit again.

The food was delicious -- and the servings were quite generous. The service was outstanding -- the hostess did not 'hover' over us, yet she was always there when we needed to have our cups refilled or were ready for the next course. She has a warm and friendly personality and made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful -- both the condition and the decor. We truly enjoyed our visit and will return again.

My lovely best friend graciously treated me to a birthday tea with Debra and I enjoyed myself immensely, she was a gracious host in a turn of the century beautiful home, clean and impeccable professional service was at your beckon call, just fantastic for me, I noticed the comment on the 'tea bags' all I have to say about that is that I have had loose leaf and tea bags in many many tearooms over the years and in my experienced opinion that is not what makes the tea house, that was just a very small part, that as long as it is HOT and delicious tea, sure the loose leaf and strainers are 'nice and english traditional' however, it is the hostess and service and the food served and 'how' it was served that was absolutely the rating and it was delicious and the food was done in over ample amounts in comparison to other tearooms I have visited and I would consider myself an avid tea room visitor and a victorian era enthusiast, The 'teabag' comment meant nothing to me and wasn't even a concern and I have had the English tea in London, etc, the Roselawn Manor tea was served HOT and I just can't say enough about Debra and how gracious she was and the delicious homecooked food, I have been around when it comes to victorian doings and tea happenings and she was superb, I recommend this tearoom highly and also thought it was done in very good taste and enjoyed every moment with the hostess.WE are definitely going again as soon as I can get a free moment. They are a fine family that runs the tea room, not only do they do that business, but are purebred AKC breeders and I just purchased a lovely purebreed AKC gorgeous baby maltese that I am overjoyed with, they are honest and lovely people, don't miss out on this tea room and just having the opportunity to meet these lovely people and experience a truly 'filling' cup of tea with a full victorian 20 course meal....just kidding, but seemed like it, 5 stars from me. most sincerely, Rita

In October we held a bridesmaid luncheon at Roselawn Manor Tea Room for our niece. Being from out-of-state, we had to depend on relatives and the owners to use their best judgement in arranging the luncheon for us. What a wonderful event! The hospitality, the food, the tea, the presentation, all were superb! Being from the Deep South, southern hospitality is our way of life. How nice it was to experience the wonderful 'northern' hospitality at Roselawn! Thank you!

We just had the most elegant, beautiful bridal shower I have ever attended. The food was absolutely delicious with fabulous presentation. The owner told us all about this 100 years plus home --21 rooms! All in all, words can't express how great it was. We are anxious to go back for one of the luncheon teas.

We were served a proper Victorian Tea == ample amounts of many different foods. The tea room itself is beautiful and the owner was very accommodating. We are going back for a Red Hat luncheon.

I was greatly disappointed that the tea room used tea bags. I expected pots of tea, of your choice. The food and presentation however, have been excellent both times I have been there.
