The Corner Rose Tea Room is the best in Orlando, Serving the traditional English High Tea. Food is excellent, fresh and home made, scones, clotted cream, jams, three sandwiches, fruit, cheese, three desserts, and two teas are served at every tea. Beautiful room, lovely tables with linens, silver and china even roses on the sugar cubes. Call for reservations!

What a delightful experience we had at the Corner Rose Tea Room. It was decorated so cute, beautiful chandelier and hats on the walls with a hat and stole at each chair. The tomato bisque was divine. My friend who doesn't even like tomatoes (shall I say she hates them) thought it was good too. the scones and finger sandwiches along with the desserts all were so delicious. We were not able to eat everything provided. The tea was excellent and the service was so personal. We were made to feel so special. Afterward we took a tour of the home. What a wonderful loving environment they provide for 'special' individuals. I can't wait to go again. Remember all proceeds from your tea experience go 100% to support the Russell Home for Atypical Children. What a privilege it was to take afternoon tea there!!!

This is a truly fantastic tea room and what makes it even better is that it's run by the Russell Home for Atypical Children. These people are amazing in what they do on a daily basis. My heart bleeds when I go there -- make sure to take the tour to see what the home is all about.

The service, food and teas were excellent. What a fun place. It seats 12 and is great for a private celebration. The money and tip for your meal go to benefit the children in the Russell Home. It was my 3rd visit to a tearoom this month and definitely the best!

My friend Leslie books a full room every few months, so we have been many times over the years. I am finally taking my mom next week as i know she will be just delighted as i am every time! Like the other comments say, it's easy to support this family endeavor to help those in need!

I just returned from an afternoon with friends at the Corner Rose Tea Room and it was just wonderful. Although it only seats 12-14, the Victorian ambiance, presentation, quality of food, and service (thank you Barbara) was Excellent. What can I say except that it was the most unexpected surprise to find this in my area. The variety of different china patterns were like delicious eye candy. The lavender scones and Tomato Basil soup were like manna from heaven. All profits go to the atypical children group home it is associated with. You get a outstanding afternoon tea and your money goes to a great cause. Our group has been going to various Tea Rooms in Florida and when we travel together to other areas. We liked this Tea Room so much that we reserved this for our annual Cookie Exchange in December. If I sound a little over the top in this review it is because this Tea Room deserves every bit of praise I can give.

The Corner Rose is a wonderful experience! I have been twice and both experiences were unique. Both Laura and Janet are lovely hostesses. Since all the proceeds go to the Russell Home, you will warm and fuzzy about the whole visit! The presentation of the food is excellent!

On Sat. 11/15, my dau in law, Nicole took me for Tea for my BD. We have been to several and The Corner Rose Tea Room is by far the best. It is a cozy, enjoyable Tea Room. The amount of food, for the donation was more than we could eat. Laura is a wonderful cook and a great hostess and has some wonderful stories. The tour of the Russell Home was both educational, enlightening, amazing, sad in some ways, but so encouraging. The Kids at the Russell Home are wonderful and have a great spirit and the staff takes great care of them and gives them a lot of love. I hope to go again early next year.

This lovely tea room is one of Orlando's best kept secrets. Although it only seats 12-14, the ambiance, presentation/quality of food/service was OUTSTANDING. 'Teas' are my treat; I will return many times and bring friends. Proceeds go to a worthy cause: Russell Home for Atypical Children. They offer 'gift certificates.' Great place to take that gal-pal for birthday, morale boost, etc.

I have visited many tea rooms in Florida, and this is one I would recommend.Lovely, small tea room with excellent treats. I loved the pumpkin soup and the Elvis dessert. All profits go to the atypical children group home it is associated with. You get a wonderful afternoon tea and your money goes to a great cause. The service is great. Don't miss this great experience.

This is a wonderful Victorian style Tea Room. Groups up to 12 can be accomodated in the delightfully decorated tea room. An added bonus is that all proceeds benefit The Russell Home for Atypical Children. Truly a wonderful experience for me and my Red Hat sisters! We were served our choice of teas--there were at least 20 to choose from. The first course was an out-of-this world Tomato Dill Bisque and a salad of baby greens with strawberries, cranberries, almonds and feta cheese, topped with a homemade wine dressing. We were then served scones with clotted cream and lemon curd, fresh fruits, finger sandwiches and tiny quiche and desserts including banana cake, lemon rolls and adorable chocolate cherry mice! Everything was done at a very relaxing pace, we never felt hurried. Laura, the hostess, was very friendly and warm. I highly recommend this tea room! Sittings are by reservation only, so book well in advance! You will not be disappointed!

Our chapter, The Valley Girls, of the Red Hat Society had a wonderfully pleasant time (fit for a Queen and her Court)at this Tearoom. Everything was perfect. The food was top rate High Tea style and the ambiance was perfect Victorian. Kelly, our Hostess did indeed have the mostest! We will return to share this gem of a Tearoom.

Six of us attended a Sunday tea at the Corner Rose Tea Room. It was so much fun. Our hostess was wonderful, preparing our teas and foods with charm and a very friendly attitude. Everything was delicious, including the different teas we were served. The room was small and very cozy, decorated in lovely victorian fare. There were lovely hats on each chair for us to wear, as well as a few dozen more hanging about the room for us to don as well. It was a lovely afternoon with friends, and we each went home with a complimentary chocolate and sachet. The tea room is strictly by donation with all proceeds going to the Russell Home on the premisis. What a wonderful way to donate to such a cause. We enjoyed it immensely and cant wait to go back! ~Shauna Erdman, Melbourne Florida

My sister just hosted a bridal shower for me at the tea room. We had a wonderful time. The 4 types of tea were each unique in their own special way. The food was delicious. Our waitress, Laura was so kind and helpful. I am looking forward to returning to this special tea room!!

If I had to use one word to describe this place I would say exquisite! I had my daughter Kristin’s Bridal shower here and it was more than I could have ever dreamed of. This little tea room is the nicest place I could have ever hoped for. Beautifully decorated with ribbons, flowers and all of the feminine touches from the place settings, serving pieces, and hats and shawls. My daughter is a hat person, and she had an incredible time as well as everyone else. Kelly was sick that day and our hostess Laura was incredible, hand making most of the food, which was delicious and beautiful. She was an absolute delight. I cannot tell you how much we all enjoyed this place. My daughter and all of our guests will be talking about this place for along time to come. We are looking for excuses to go back. Whoever said this place was not worth it, is not being fair. I cannot imagine anything better, or tastier. We enjoyed everything from the 4 different teas right down to the hats. We also kept Laura and the other young lady busy buying up her different teas they have for sale. Most of us had to travel more than 30 miles to get there, and with the help of Mapquest, I can say it was very easily found. Keep up the teariffic job. We will be back. Don’t forget to give generously for a very good cause, and your hostess separately as well.

This is a Not For Profit Tea Room. The money that this Tea Room generates goes completely to The Russell Home for Atypical Children in South Orlando, Florida. This Tea Room works by donations only, please be fare in your donation, they serve a full afternoon tea. If in doubt about the amount of donation please ask, the patron is a very nice young lady named Kelly, she will be able to assist you. When making the appointment please share with her your tea preferences(decaffeinated, herbal, rooibos, etc). For a Tea Room lover this is a great place, it’s small, very nicely decorated, very feminine and has available beautiful hats to wear. When we went, food was good and included a tomato bisque, chicken salad croissant, finger sandwiches, scones and pastries all of this was beautifully decorated. This is a great place to have a good time and enjoy a cup of tea with your friend and at the same time give a little support to the Russell Home. We highly recommend it.
