I love their rose milk tea so much that, although I've moved to OKC, I come back to Norman occasionally for a pot. It's scrumptious.

Delightful atmosphere, delicious tea and food. My daughter and I dine here whenever I visit. Highly recommend!

My favorite tea/asian food place EVER. The teas are delightful and varied, and the boba is always fresh. The selection of food includes tofu and meat, soups, pasta, rice, vegetables, etc. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere.

T.E.A. Cafe is an Asian (Taiwanese) resturant. It is not a tea house in the typical sense. They do sell 'bubble tea' and have a few varieties of hot teas, but nothing gourmet. The service is geared towards food service, and is, as suggested by other reviewers, typically slow. Expect food to be brought out as it is made, not altogether. As for hot tea, you'd be better off with Tazo at the local Starbucks. They do offer good (although sweet) fresh ginger tea.

love the food. the service is horrible. i have been there several times and each time i have had to wait quite a while until someone seated us or even greeted us. they would look directly at us and continue with what they were doing. once you place the order and it's brought to you, they will ignore you the rest of the time you are there. it's the worst restaurant service i have ever seen.

This place is excellent. Better than California tea cafes. All of the juices there are fresh, all the of the food there tastes awesome, the green milk tea is perfect, the ambiance is comfy, the music is cool, the quality and service is the best. I would definitely bring more friends. A+++

I'm moving away from Norman in May, and I can honestly say that I will miss nothing more than the TEA Cafe. I discovered it shortly after it opened (I adore bubble tea!) and have been a faithful customer ever since. The service is wonderful and the staff is ultra-friendly. Since it opened, I have watched the business they do multiply like crazy! The food is absolutely out of this world, far better than PF Chang or any camparable establishment in my opinion. You MUST give this place a try! I promise you it will become a solid favorite.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Norman. A fantastic and affordable challenge to P. F. Chang's!!! An interesting variety of food including some 'un-westernized' dishes. A huge drink selection including teas and deliciously sweet Boba Teas...and beautiful staff as well!!!

Food is adequate to excellent, tea and drinks selection is out of this world. The TEA Cafe is adored by high school students, families, business people--basically, everyone I know loves this place. Subdued elegance and fantastic service make this a restaurant you'll want to visit again and again.

My family and I have been enjoying the Tea Cafe in Norman, Ok. since it opened a couple of years ago. The location is great. The food and service are outstanding. The variety of teas are wonderful too. The prices are very affordable for most any budget. The restaurant is clean with a modern decor. Not like the typical Asian restaurant. The music is hip and cutting edge. My family and I will continue to visit often. When you visit, make sure you order the Green Apple Green tea!!

wow... this is a gem of norman, tucked away in an unassuming shopping center, you walk in the door and are greeted with rich colors and georgous aromas. a good place to both have tea, coffee, or bubble tea, or have a meal. the atmosphere is casual but elegant, the music selection is always fitting, the staff are dedicated, polite, and so friendly. since they opened a year ago i have been a consistant customer and have a years worth of weekly expirience with this fabulous retuaraunt and tea cafe'. A++

The food menu is a bit limited, but the food they do have is quite good. They have a good variety of teas, including many flavored milk and bubble teas. The main focus is on Asian teas and food.
