Our experience could have been better had the servers been dressed appropriately and been attentive.

I have been to Savannah Tea House multiple times and every time I swear I will not go back again. Although it is one of the only tea rooms in Nashville and it does has a cute atmosphere the staff and manager are terrible. Every time I go in they are extremely rude and slow. I went with my grandmother and all of the women in our family and after 2 1/2 hours of terrible service and sub-par food, my grandmother paid for us and left a 10% tip. The owner came back to our table, and in front of everyone demanded a larger tip. It was awful. Another time I was scheduled to go with a group of girlfriends, and one of them came down with the flu the day before we were to have tea. I called to tell them that we would have one less person and they said it didn't matter, beacuse they had already charged by credit card for the full amount and they would not refund it. So i had to pay an extra $20 for someone who did not even get to come. The atmosphere is not worth giving business to people who seem so annoyed to have custo

we went here 3 years ago, it was much better then. the scone and muffin were prepackaged looking and tasting. there was no clotted cream, only whipped cream. the 'quiche' was not really quiche but a muffin. no crust, no egg and absolutlely no flavor. the strawberries had too much chocolate to taste the strawberry, the cucumber sandwiches were flavorless and to top it off, for a small party of five, an undeserved 20% gratuity was added to each of our bills. the soup, however, was excellent.

Savannah Tea Room is an excellent place for lunch. They serve a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads, and some other options. Their waitresses are pleasant and eager to help make your visit enjoyable. They have over 100 teas in their tea selection!

I took four of my close friends here for my birthday last month and I was VERY disappointed. There was simply not enough food. The total bill came to around 200 dollars and we left and went to subway after! We are a younger group of girls and because of this I think the server did not think we were worth much time. We were rushed out of the place! I was embarassed that I had made my friends pay almost 30 dollars each for a mere snack. Go to Miss Mable's in Dickson if it is still open.

It has been a while since I was there but I was disappointed also. I had been there several times and could see a definite change in the quality of food and service. The tea was terrible. They did bring me a new pot but it was not hot and I had to wait for a log time. I know the food industry is hard work and everyone can have an 'off' day so I will try it again. I also agree it is too expensive!

There were 2 problems with the afternoon tea we had recently 1. Food: Some items were nice but others were not. Instead of clotted cream, a glass of pink, whipped cream was served. The server said it was clotted cream which was obviously untrue. 2. Price: 2 high teas and 1 light tea added up to $99.06. Apparently, they added tax and 20% gratuity on top of the what they charge. But we still don't think the bill is correct. She charged $38 for high tea! Even for X-mas, it is hefty. We have had afternoon teas across UK and USA and the closest to this kind of charge was at the Waldorf, NYC where you get real clotted cream. If you want to have high tea in Nashville, do it at home or try the Hermitage hotel where you get a nice high tea for much less $.

Very pretty tearoom. Had afternoon tea. Quiche was average, but everything else was quite nice.

Sandwichs were soggy and tea was not hot enough and waitress left all plates and glasses on the table. If you are looking for great tea experience visit Scarlett's Garden Tea Room.

My friends and I visited Savannah Tea Room to celebrate a birthday, and we were all three delighted with our experience. The range of tea selections was outstanding, and the waitress was quite friendly and helpful. We had the high tea service and found that it provided much more food than we anticipated. We couldn't finish it all, though we certainly wanted to because it was delicious! This is certainly the perfect place for lunch with the girls. We plan to visit again soon!

I have been here before and the food is always very good. This time I came looking for a gift of a tea pot and 2 tea cups. The selection seems to have slimmed down a lot. I was hoping to get Russian and there were only a few mis matched cups. I hope it is only because they were in between seasons.

What a wonderful atmosphere! Very quaint. I felt like I were in a tea room and not a coffee shop as some 'tea rooms' feel. The food was good and our waitress was so very sweet. The home made cakes were to die for we had one of each red velvet and another I can't remember the name of but they were so moist you could tell they were home made! Thank You Ladies for the wonderful day!

My husband and I loved this tea room. It was fun to choose your own tea cup to use from their collection. The scones were in the shape of a teapot and were yummy. They have a large selection of teas to choose from and an unbelieveable number of tea pots for sale. We couldn't resist buying one for our collection. We hope to go back when in the area.

Extremely disappointing. The food was stale, and not much of it, we left hungry. Very bad parking. There was a very unpleasant and very noticeable smell, I think it was clogged drains! We will not return.

Very disappointing. The food wasn't good. It tasted as though it was originally frozen and not at all fresh. We had to ask for tea warmers so the tea wouldn't get cold (the table next to ours had them). The cloth covering my chair was stained. The tea room is also noisy. The final price of $24.50 was way too high. We won's be back.

We sure enjoyed our time at your tea room. It was delightful and you had one of the largest tea selections we had experienced.

I treated my mother and I to the high tea for her birthday. We had a wonderful time! The house was charming and cozy. The tea was unbelievable. Our favorite is the Lady Londonberry. The food was fresh and beautiful. We will be back to share this special place with our friends!

Wow!!! My sister and I had a Full Afternoon tea and it was wonderful! The best scones ever and the staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They knew how to brew a great cuppa. We look forward to making this a tradition.

We three ladies from Colorado had a wonderful high tea last Sunday and would highly recommend The Savannah Tea Room to all. The food was great and the tea house itself was charming. The selection of loose teas and gifts was extensive. The owners were very helpful in helping us select the teas for tasting. We loved the experience!

This is a wonderful tea room. A great setting in a restored home with a very nice dining area and an incredible selection of tea pots and accessories. Of course, the food is wonderful - the cream cheese scones are light and will let you fly to England - they do have 'regular' food if you take someone who is not into tea but the experience is just exceptional.

Have visited the Savannah Tea Room several times and I have never been disappointed. Such a delightful place for lunch or afternoon tea. The scones are the best that I have ever eaten. The staff is informative and helpful. A wonderful place to find that perfect tea pot or tea accoutrements for yourself or a friend. Plan to visit again soon.

My friend and I had the light afternoon tea today and it was quite enjoyable. They offer an extensive list of teas - something for everyone. A nice touch is that they let you pick out your teacup for your tea. The tea tray had unique sandwiches, delicious pastries & desserts. The sorbet at the end of the meal was very refreshing. I must say I haven't seen so many beautiful teapots in one shop before! Excellent service and a very friendly staff! I can highly recommend Savannah's, and be sure to make reservations if you want the Light Afternoon or Full tea.

This Tea Room is so charming. The gift shop is brimming with everything 'TEA'. My friend and I ordered off of the lunch menu, but want to go back for afternoon tea very soon!
