This tea room closed several years ago, it is now a candy shop.

Please note that as of January 2010 the Pink Rose is no longer in existence (to my great sorrow).

Baked goods and breakfast are good, and inexpensive. But a small assortment of mass-market teabags doesn't mean this place should be on teamap. Of course, you can always go a block south to The House of Tea and create your own hybrid experience.

Strawberry shortcake to die for! My husband would go just for the clotted cream. TINY little BUSY place, good for a quick drop in.

This is the standard of which I measure all others. Pasteries are worth every calory and hour at the gym!

A must when visiting south street area in Philly. The desert selection is excellent and the interior is nicely designed and cozy. Well worth a trip!

This tea room is in my neighborhood so we go there often. I love this tearoom, the pastries are to die for, and the ambience is terrific. I wouldn't call this a true tea room, more like a neighborhood pastry cafe but it is right up there for atmosphere, and food! Definitely a place to go back to again and again!
