Well, Diane did it again this year! Celebrating my sister's birthday today was such a delight. We have concurred that this tea room is our #1 favorite (I guess that's why we come back every year). Thanks, Diane. Way to go :)

Love this place. We have visited twice lately and they are wonderful.

Thirty plus ladies from my Sunday School class visited the Columbiana Inn for tea and had an absolutely wonderful time! We are already planning our next visit.

This visit was just as enjoyable as my first. Excellent teas and food. The service is fabulous! Already have plans to return.

I've enjoyed tea with Diane several times and it is always such a relaxing and rewarding experience! Everying is prepared with care and served with love, and you feel like a part of the family! I am always amazed at how absolutely lovely everything always is!

Every time we have tea with Diane it is a wonderful experience. Everything is so beautifully prepared and presented and wonderfully delicious. She makes you feel as if you were having tea at the home of a friend -- who has put out her very best of everything. Both the Densler House and the Columbiana Inn are lovingly restored, charming venues. I can't recommend Heart's Desire too much.

I noticed the website link doesn't work, but I found this tea room at This is the Bed & Breakfast website. These people have the tea room, B&B and a Wedding Chapel. We had a 'chicks weekend' with them and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was absolutely beautiful, the food was excellent, we felt pampered and refreshed by the time we left. Thank you so much!!!

Delightful ambiance. My best friend Marcia and I popped in for full service tea. We were truly treated like we were royalty. The owners are charming, talented and care about their guests. We were introduced to 'night of the iguana cho plate chai and Buckingham Palace' lovely, delicious. Her quiche was to die for, and her sweets were devine. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Because of events beyond her control, Diane is currently serving tea at her Bed & Breakfast, Columbiana Inn, just down the road in Columbiana. The tea service was wonderful. The food was excellent. The setting is beautiful. Diane is such a gracious hostess. We do want to have tea at the Densler House when she re-opens there. We will certainly be sending other people her way.

The atmosphere and food is wonderful! I will definitely go back.

What a great tea room that actually knows how to serve an afternoon tea. I am a very picky eater and rarely eat anything that contains vegetables, but the food was absolutely delicious. For a 'fun' tea, try the Berry Berry tea.

A second visit to Heart's Desire does not disappoint! Diane's cucumber sandwiches are the tastiest little morsels I have ever put in my mouth, and I don't even like cucumbers! Drive from wherever you must to visit this tea room. You will savor delicious tea fare and the most gracious hospitality anywhere.

The Hearts Desire Tea Room is the tea room to visit in Alabama. I have visited several around the area. While others are good, the Hearts Desire Tea Room makes you welcome from the time you walk in the door until your last goodbye. The food is excellent, and the service outstanding. You'll want to go back again and again.

As a bed and breakfast owner and innkeeper, I recognize good food and hospitality when I see it. And I certainly saw it the day I had 'tea' at the Densler House. Every attention to detail was taken to make our experience relaxing, peaceful, elegant, and appealing to all the senses. Worth the drive from anywhere to get the 'royal treatment' of English Tea in its finest tradition.
