Cozy Tea
I've been to this tea room 4 times and unfortunately the portions have become much smaller (including the tea pot, which now has $1.50 refill charge and there is enough tea for about 3 cups in the tiny pot) and the service has gone down hill every visit. If you have more than 4 people, do NOT go to this tea room, as you are seated at 2 different tables and told under no circumstances are you to move the tables closer together. It took us 3 hours for a full afternoon tea (3 courses) due to the horribly slow service. This used to be our favorite tea room in Jacksonville, but we will definitely not be back after our last experience. So disappointing.
