The Tilted Teacup Tea Room and Boutique
Absolutely loved it! My mom and I drove over from the east coast of Florida to do some antiquing and found the Tilted Tea Cup online during some research. My mom and I had the high tea and afternoon tea. The difference between them is the extremely delicious loaded baked potato soup served in a tea cup - at least in today's offering. There was a crust less spinach and sun dried tomato quiche that was cheesy goodness. The finger sandwiches included were Hawaiian chicken on cinnamon raisin, pimiento cheeses on pumpernickel swirl, and cucumber rounds on white - they were all fabulous and were served beautifully. The strawberry scones were heart shaped and moist and yummy served with sweetened clotted cream. My mom, an avid coffee drinker, loved the nutcracker tea and my buckingham palace tea was great. The desserts looked scrumptious but we have no idea how they taste as we were stuffed. Can't wait to find out as we munch them later at home. The owners are a great couple with lots of information on the area and make you feel completely at home. The servers are attentive and friendly. After visiting so many Florida tea rooms, we both decided its our favorite so far! Not to be missed!
