Tea Station San Gabriel
I was shocked on Feb. 3, 2006 when I saw how my order (hot milk tea) was made. They simply took the pre-made cold milk tea and microwaved it before giving it to me. The guy in the kitchen just shragged his shoulder and said it was always made this way -- I was sooo disappointed while hearing that. Can you imagine you order a hot coffee from Starbucks and you just see the waiter heat up the pre-made cold coffee (with milk in it) and tell you this is how they make hot coffee? I have been to other Tea Stations, and it's the first time I saw it. I hope this is not a new norm of this chain store which I thought of having a lot of potential.
