I attended the Irish Farm House Tea with my daughter, granddaughter, my neighbor and her two daughters. Never having experienced a tea party before, I was pleasantly pleased when I stepped through the door into a lovely room that was elegantly set for tea. The atmosphere was relaxing and conducive to good conversation. It was fun watching my 6 yr old granddaughter enjoy this new experience. The food was very tasty and plentiful and the tea, excellent. Everyone was very friendly and gracious, and we enjoyed the entertainment. It was also fun afterwards chatting with others who had attended the tea and learning what had brought them to Miss Spenser’s. I would defiantly recommend an afternoon at Miss Spenser’s and hope to return again some day.
