Southern Gardens Tea Room
Today was my first visit to this tea room. It will not be my last. It is a true gem. The decor has an quiet old world southern grace. The dining room can probably seat 100. Entering through the gift/antique store I thought the tea room would be very small. I was truly surprised when I rounded the corner to see the size of the dining room! The owner was a true delight! She had over 50 ladies already seated and served and still had time to stop at our table and talk with us. The server was very knowledgeable about the teas and the menu. All is made from scratch in their kitchen! And it definitely tasted so. We were not rushed and so enjoyed our 'lady-time' time. I left feeling so refreshed and looking forward to my next visit.
