Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
My friend and I were in Frederick on a girls outing and we called Serenity for a last minute reservation for the 3 pm seating. We were graciously accommodated and it was the best. Blanch made us feel at home, the food was plentiful and delicious. Her daughters were excellent in the presentation and explanation of the tea sandwiches and pastries. I highly recommend Serenity; it was a comforting and serene place to have tea and enjoy your group and the regulars that frequent this great place.
