Tea Cozy
I thought the fellow who served us was very cold and rude. When I decided not to pay my customary 20% tip, he pulled me aside and asked why I was only willing to give him so little for a tip! That was the height of rudeness. I brought my niece who is a teenager and was very uncomfortable because I wanted this to be a very special and fun experience for her. It took all I had not to tell him my true feelings about his service.
