From an Asian American customer
I am writing a review based on a couple of wonderful visits two years ago. I'm assuming it was with the former management. My general experience with Asian-owned businesses is that customer service isn't a big priority - usually it's 'what do you want?' and they serve you right away. But that aside, what impressed me was when I ordered hot tea, it came in a nice tea pot, and I really felt I was having a proper tea. Presentation was key for me. And I usually had the hot black passion fruit tea with the sweet butter toast. I was in tea heaven. I had also been to the sister Tea Station in Clairemont - same products, but served in disappointing styrofoam cups and containters. I guess they cater to a more 'to go' crowd. But if eating in, I believe that customers should be served in proper dishware.
