We would like to thank Linda (07/01/09) for bringing her tea problem to our attention so that we could correct the problem. Since we are have received many compliments on our tea we felt there must be a problem we were not aware of. Upon investigation we found a new employee had not understood our instruction regarding the amount of tea to put into the sachets for a pot of tea and therefire she had overfilled several of them. We hae now corrected the problem and hope that she will give Southern Gardens another try at enjoying our full rich tea flavors. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
