Our waitress was not very friendly. She was slow to smile and seemed distracted. She quickly told us about 1/2 of what we needed to hear to understand what to expect from our experience at the tea room. I believe a friendly server could have much improved our visit. ( our first cup of tea was lukewarm and butter was offered at the end of the meal.)
