The English Rose Tea Room and Gifts
My grandaughter,Bryce who is 4 years old, and I went to The English Rose Tea Room, for the first time, to enjoy afternoon tea. The service was excellent, the food delicious, and the manager and staff were so friendly. When we arrived and were seated, my grandaughter looked around and said, 'Oh Lala, this place is so beautiful, it looks like a marriage place.' Some ladies were celebrating a birthday, and were wearing lovely tea hats. They had an extra one and offered it to Bryce. She was overwhelmed and put on the hat immediately! I felt badly because I had forgotten my camera, and could not take her picture. However, just a few minutes later, the manager, who was so friendly, asked if her friend, who was a professional photographer,and who happened to be having tea that day, could take Bryce's picture. We were so excited and happy that we would have pictures to remember our very special time at the tea room. The tea room is beautifully decorated and there is just a feeling of welcoming and warmth. I was so fortunate to enjoy this intimate experience with my grandaughter. A special thanks to everyone at The English Rose Tea Room! We definately will return again!
