Yesterday's Cafe & Tea Room
My wife and I had a truly wonderful time. It was my wife's birthday on 12/9. We had been here 1 time previously and she could not wait to go back for her birthday. The staff is 'top notch', courteous, knowledgeable and fun to talk with. The smells and tastes of our meal were a great experience. It was not just someone bringing our meal to us & leaving us to eat it. The staff 'presented' our meal to us & took their time to give us a lovely history behind the teas and foods. We were told what each item was & the proper order in which to consume it. We were facinated and delighted with this remarkable experience. It was a memorable, relaxing & educational complete 'package'. We can not wait to go back to try some other teas and food. I feel like we have made some new friends here as the staff truly cares about us, their customers. This is something that is lacking in the majority of restaurants in this day and age. My wife can't stop talking about how wonderful her birthday luncheon was here. We will be back, in fact I want to come here for my birthday as well!
