an upset customer
We went with a large group of people and they only offered 2 kinds of tea. The service was terribly slow and when I wrote to complain they didn't see why I was upset, will never go back.
Dear Upset, I never got any hand written or email letter from you and anyone to respond to. For my large groups we start with two different teas because that is what my tea room can handle. I am currently working on individual pots so everyone can choose whatever they want. I do know your group on that day got to choose after it was asked. I'm sorry you won't be back and hope you find another independent tea room to patronize. Lisa
