A few of us office ladies have been coming to the Tea Room for a couple of years and we always have our Christmas lunch there. While we have been satisfied with the food I am afraid after today's experience we will not be returning. Food was great as always but a misprint in the menu is not the customers fault. It was not appreciated the way that I was spoke to about the situation and I was told that I had to pay that. It was only a dollar more but besides the point. I know that I did not have to pay the amount and after the way I was treated I did not feel as though I should. The woman that waited on us was apologetic and I informed her that it was not her fault but another woman, I assume a manager, was not so polite. This is not the first time that we have had an instance where someone has had a poor sense of people skills but this will be the last time we will stopping in. Sad because we have enjoyed many a lunch there.
