This is a lovely little find in a random location. The shop is filled with fun treats from the UK, including things that I haven't seen elsewhere. The afternoon tea was delicious - I am very picky with scones as I make them myself but they were a delight - light and fluffy and served warm as they should be. Only downside is that they were not served with butter. As it was a Sunday we were told only the Afternoon Tea was served - I would have also liked the option to just order a scone or some crumpets rather than the full afternoon tea as it is a lot of food and expensive, but you do get to take home what you can't eat. As a Brit expat it is a treasure find to have close to home.
Jo, thank you for visiting us on British Mothers Day at The Pantry, Sundays we serve Afternoon Teas only. Please do stop by again and have lunch or a cream tea. Thank you for taking the time to write this review - Lisa
