High Tea Cottage
I just had my bridal shower here yesterday. From start to finish, I simply cannot say enough good things about the High Tea Cottage. For starters, Jenn was great in helping me plan my event. She was always prompt with her responses and was always ready to help. She was excellent at explaining the menu to me, so I knew exactly what I was choosing, and was entirely confident I had made the right choice. The room was decorated beautifully for my shower. I truly could not have imagined a more perfect setting (and I am a VERY particular person). The flowers, linens, china -- EVERYTHING! It was all perfect. All of my guests commented on how elegant everything was. The personalized menus were gorgeous, and the welcome sign out front really made us all feel like we were at home. The tea was divine, and the food was incredible. One of my friends, who previously did not like tea, commented after the shower that she now loved tea! The chicken and cranberry sandwiches were incredible; the lavender lemonade was probably the best lemonade I have ever had, and the scones were delicious. Last, but not least: the staff! What incredibly attentive people. Michelle was incredible and put my mind at ease throughout the entire event. Anything we needed, she ran to get it. Clean up was a cinch. And they helped us load all of my gifts and food into the car!! Again, I was blown away. In short, I HIGHLY recommend the High Tea Cottage. I can't rave enough about it. If you are looking for an elegant setting for a special event, with excellent food and great service, then this is the place!
