Pastiche
Pastiche is a wonderful little cafe with amazing desserts and coffees. Their tea selection is reasonable but the focus of this cafe is the dessert, then the coffee, and tea would be a distant third. Go for the keylime pie and cappuccino, maybe not for tea.

Tealuxe
Delicious tea, friendly staff of mostly college students in the RISD and Brown University area. Small food menu, but the focus is the tea. Tea prepared to go, or in individual or 'party' pots to stay. The staff brings a timer and/or lets you know how long to let it steep. Dozens of teas to choose from. Worth the stop.
